Welcome to
Celestial
Ragdolls
There are 5 Ragdoll kittens in our living room right now, and one of them may well be yours. They were born in this house in Sedona, in the room where we eat breakfast, and they have spent every day since being carried about, sat on, purred at and generally adored. That is the whole method, and it shows.
A Ragdoll is the cat that goes limp when you pick it up and follows you from room to room to see what you are doing. Ours have the blue eyes, the silky coat that barely sheds and the soft, trusting nature the breed is famous for, because their mother and father have it, and because they have never known a day without hands on them.
Every kitten leaves us vaccinated and wormed for its age, seen by our vet, microchipped, litter trained and used to children, dogs and vacuum cleaners. There are 2 seal bicolor, 2 blue bicolor and 1 cream point here now, $800 each, and every one of them can be bought today.
Buying a kitten is a fifteen-year decision and most people have questions. We answer them plainly, in writing, and we stay in touch for the life of the cat.
Why We Do This
A Ragdoll does something no other cat does: it goes floppy in a stranger's arms and stays there, purring, until the stranger forgets what they came for. Very few kittens for sale in Arizona at the time came with anything a buyer could check: no vaccination record, no vet, no one to ring afterwards. Celestial Ragdolls exists to be the breeder we could not find: a small home cattery that raises its kittens underfoot, tells you exactly what you are getting, and picks up the phone for the next fifteen years.
Our Kings & Queens
The cats behind every kitten. Each was chosen for temperament first, because a Ragdoll that does not have the Ragdoll temperament is only a pretty cat, and each lives in the house as a pet, not in a run.
Colors We Breed
Every Ragdoll is born white and the color comes in over the first weeks, then deepens for years. These are the colors and patterns our cats produce, each with its own page and its own photographs.
How Buying Works

- 4Go homeFrom 12 weeks. We hand over in person in Sedona, or your kitten flies to your city. Every method, quoted for your address.

How Your Kitten Comes Home
We meet you at a public place we agree on in Sedona. Families in Phoenix, Flagstaff, Prescott and Tucson we meet part way. Out of state, your kitten flies from Phoenix Sky Harbor with a flight nanny on a nonstop flight and you collect at your city's arrivals gate the same day. Some families fly in, meet their kitten, and fly home with it the same day.
Every method is on the delivery page, and every journey is quoted for your address. Not sure which suits you? Ask us.
Delivery OptionsThe Ragdoll Cat
A large, semi-longhaired cat with blue eyes and a pointed coat, known for going limp when it is picked up. Ragdolls follow you from room to room, greet visitors at the door, are patient with children and settle with a dog if introduced slowly. They are not climbers or hunters and they should live indoors. Males reach thirteen to twenty pounds, females four to six, and they take three to four years to finish growing.

Questions People Ask Us
How much does a kitten cost?
$800 for every kitten, whatever the color, pattern or sex. What that includes and what it does not is written out in full. Delivery is separate and quoted for your address.
Can I visit before I decide?
We are a closed cattery, so there are no visits to the house. If you are in Arizona we schedule a place and time and you meet your kitten there, in person, before any money changes hands. Before that we send photographs of the kitten you ask about, taken that day, so you see it as it is now. Out of state families see the same photographs and meet the kitten at the airport.
Do you send kittens out of state?
Yes. A flight nanny carries your kitten in the cabin from Phoenix Sky Harbor and hands it to you at your own airport the same day. We ship to all fifty states. How it works; every journey is quoted for your address.
