How to read the kittens
The color named on each kitten is the color it will be grown, not the color it is today. A Ragdoll is born white and the points come in slowly, so an eleven-week seal bicolor like Pearl or Bambi already shows dark ears and a mask, while an eight-week cream point like Rossi is still almost white with the first apricot on the tail. By a year the difference between them will be obvious to anyone; by three years it will be striking. The colors page shows what each one turns into, with our own cats as the examples.
Bicolor means the white inverted V on the face, white legs and a white belly, with color on the ears, the mask and the tail. All four of the older kittens carry it. Rossi is a colorpoint, which means no white at all once her color arrives, though at eight weeks that is hard to believe.
Sex and temperament
People ask whether boys or girls make better pets, and in this breed the honest answer is that the difference between individuals is larger than the difference between sexes. Our boys tend to grow bigger and a little more laid back; our girls are a little quicker and more talkative. Ace is the steadiest of the five and the one who sits for a camera. Milo is the first to the door. Bambi has the loudest purr for the smallest body. Pearl watches everything before she joins in. Rossi is four weeks younger and still mostly interested in whatever her littermates were doing a moment ago. Tell us what your home is like and we will tell you which one we would choose for it.

When a kitten is no longer available
It comes off this page the day it is paid for. We do not keep a list of people waiting and we do not show kittens that have already gone, so if a kitten is on this page, it can be yours.
